If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return or exchange an item within 30 days from purchase date, if the time period is exceeded we cannot accept any returns.
Any items returned must be in the same condition when received, they must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging to receive a full refund or exchange.
Please be mindful that any items that are damaged or appear to be used will not be refunded.
Items that aren’t eligible for a refund or exchange are tights, socks, headbands and hats.
Personalised items can not be refunded as they are made to order. If for any reason we have made a mistake with your item please notify us straight away and we will resolve it for you. A new item will be sent out, you will not be charged for return or delivery cost.
Any items that are on sale can not be refunded only exchanged.
Any damaged or marked item must be returned with 2 days of you receiving the item. Please email us email@example.com to arrange your return.
Please note that the cost of the delivery charge is not refundable unless damaged.
Payment for returns are the customer’s responsibility. All refunds will be processed within 20 days using the original payment method.
Please ensure that you keep proof of your return as we will not be responsible for lost parcels.
